Team coaching is an extremely effective technique that can simultaneously develop team collaboration and the individual skills of team members. The individual skill to be developed can be anything that is important to all team members - for teams of leaders, for example, individual leadership skills may be the focus of team coaching, for a sales team, sales skills, for a team of project managers, project management capabilities, and for buyers, for example, negotiation techniques.
During team coaching, we start from specific cases and questions of individual team members, and the team jointly formulates and discovers for itself the possible reasons and directions of development, as well as concrete steps. Every team member can learn from every case, and in doing so, their self-awareness, as well as the strength and extent of their cooperation and cohesion, greatly increase.
