Agile was originally a philosophy and methodology developed for software development, but nowadays, more and more business areas and functions are trying to adopt agile principles into their own operations. The essence of agile is to think in terms of many small, quickly implementable developments instead of large-scale developments that require long planning and preparation and are cumbersome and slow to implement. These small developments provide tangible results quickly and allow us to receive immediate feedback from our clients or internal stakeholders.

This is exactly the core philosophy of TMBLDiNG! Let's not wait until enough problems accumulate for an annual, or even rarer, two-day large team-building event. Instead, let's dedicate 2-3 hours to the team every month or two, where we can immediately solve emerging problems, remove obstacles hindering progress, and receive immediate feedback on whether we are moving in the right direction.
