This spectacular program enhances creativity, teamwork, and competitive spirit, engaging a large group simultaneously in a shared activity. It is an excellent team-building experience program that stands on its own, but also serves as a closing exercise for a more complex training session.
During the program, participants, in teams of 4-10, assemble two-person race cars from pre-fabricated elements, and then compete with them.
Assembly is done according to short, illustrated instructions. We provide the assembly materials - which are extremely simple - and the necessary tools for the participants.
In the world of race cars - and thus in this training program - "optical tuning" is important, meaning the spectacular appearance of the vehicles. In addition to assembling the cars, the team's task is therefore to create a unified image, which naturally includes the decoration of the driver suits.
After the vehicles are completed, a spectacular parade of the cars follows, and then the race begins. The vehicles must complete a winding track that can be several hundred meters long, where not only the driver and the co-driver but also the other members of the pit crew play an important role. All that remains is the announcement of the results and the popping of champagne - as is customary at major events.
