Our fast-paced lifestyle confronts us with countless choices every day. We have to make decisions on matters of both small and great importance, and many situations require an immediate decision. Are we capable of making effective and good decisions? What is the quality of our decisions? Do we achieve our real goals, or do we keep procrastinating when it comes to making crucial decisions?
The firewalking training not only takes participants out of their everyday routine but also instills confidence and self-assurance, improving their ability to cope with daily frustration and negative stress. The training helps participants overcome the limitations they have developed during socialization due to the influence of their immediate and broader environment.
The goal of the training is for participants to experience for themselves what it's like when a seemingly insurmountable task or obstacle becomes easily surmountable. Thanks to these positive stressful situations, participants approach making more significant decisions with greater openness and become more effective in implementing them.
We particularly recommend it for organizations and organizational units where performance expectations are significantly increasing, and they face continuous pressure (salespeople, brokers, customer service staff).

Location: a larger open space suitable for lighting a fire, requiring separate consultation with the client
