In our 6-person racing yachts, under the guidance of experienced racers, the team learns the basics of sailing, then immediately puts their knowledge to the test in the races of a friendly regatta.
The teams quickly bond and receive immediate feedback on how much teamwork matters in sailing, seeing that a well-executed, coordinated task immediately gives their boat an advantage of 10-20 meters. Instead of much explanation, participants grasp the essence of team harmony through a lifelong experience.
Possible number of participants: 4-60 people, in 6-person boats
Duration: all day, e.g. between 9 AM and 5 PM
