Juggling Team
A game developed by Outcome Hungary.
A short ice-breaker, energizer game - excellent for the beginning of meetings, workshops, during breaks, after lunch, or as a closing activity - with lots of laughter, movement, which can also provide interesting observations and lessons. In a few minutes, the team can experience the process and success of the division of labor, the importance of paying attention to each other, but it can also highlight the importance of managing changes or hidden conflicts within the group, if desired.
Possible number of participants: 5-20 people (or any number, divided into multiple groups of 5-20 people)
Duration: approx. 25-30 minutes, with all variations and discussions, a maximum of 1 hour
Location: Indoors or outdoors, with enough free space to form a loose large circle
