If we don't dedicate quality time and attention to this change, the team's performance can decrease for many months, and a lot of time and energy can be wasted on cautious probing and experimentation. The process can be significantly accelerated with our 3-hour program, the most important outcome of which is to initiate open, honest communication between the new leader and team members – on all topics, whether related to personal questions, leadership and its acceptance, or professional\/content-related issues.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe program is recommended to be held within 1-6 months of the new leader's arrival.
