It is an excellent team-building experience program that stands on its own, but also serves as a closing exercise for a more complex training session.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eDuring the program, participants, in teams of 4-10, assemble two-person race cars from pre-fabricated elements, and then compete with them.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAssembly is done according to short, illustrated instructions. We provide the assembly materials - which are extremely simple - and the necessary tools for the participants.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIn the world of race cars - and thus in this training program - \"optical tuning\" is important, meaning the spectacular appearance of the vehicles. In addition to assembling the cars, the team's task is therefore to create a unified image, which naturally includes the decoration of the driver suits.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAfter the vehicles are completed, a spectacular parade of the cars follows, and then the race begins. The vehicles must complete a winding track that can be several hundred meters long, where not only the driver and the co-driver but also the other members of the pit crew play an important role.
